![]() ![]() That’s something I’m looking to taking a bigger role on within JM. The things that really matter to me are around equality, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIBs). And for me, I’m the sort of person who will use the platform I have to raise awareness and make an impact. We’ve already delivered that – two years earlier than expected – so it’s a tremendous achievement for the team. McKinsey at the time thought there was a base case of £50m, with a high saving opportunity at £80m. Procurement Excellence was the brainchild of Anna Manz, our former CFO, who built the case for procurement in JM. Well, we’re about to celebrate our first £100m value delivery goal. Yes, the company vision is the long-ranging aspiration, but then what is within the strategic horizon?
